This website is operated by Archwick. Throughout the website, the terms “Archwick,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Archwick legal entity identified below.
Archwick operates the Archwick Global website and online store, including all information, products, services, tools, and features made available through the website.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them, including our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific notices displayed on the website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, account holders, dealers, and other users of the website.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase products through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or overrides any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.

Airsoft products, replica firearms, components, magazines, gas systems, HPA equipment, batteries, accessories, and related items may be regulated differently in each country or region.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all ordered products are legal to purchase, import, own, transport, modify, and use in their location before placing an order.
By purchasing from Archwick, the customer confirms that they are legally permitted to purchase and possess the ordered products in their jurisdiction.
Customers are also responsible for determining whether permits, licenses, markings, power restrictions, age restrictions, import approvals, or other legal requirements apply.
Archwick is not responsible for customs seizure, import refusal, confiscation, delivery delays, permit refusal, or legal issues caused by destination-country laws, import regulations, customer noncompliance, or carrier restrictions.
Archwick reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order that may violate export controls, sanctions, carrier restrictions, payment-fraud policies, or destination-country regulations.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, technical specifications, compatibility information, pricing, stock information, and other website content are accurate.
However:

product colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen;

product specifications may change as part of continuing development;

power output may vary due to BB weight, temperature, gas, air pressure, battery condition, spring configuration, regional setup, testing method, and other operating conditions;

typographical, technical, pricing, or inventory errors may occur.
The package contents and product configuration stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase control unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Archwick.
Customers should contact support@arch-wick.com before ordering if compatibility, included accessories, legal configuration, or technical specifications are unclear.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability at the applicable fulfillment location.
Inventory may be held at Archwick’s warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic, at Archwick headquarters in Taiwan, or at another approved fulfillment location.
A product shown on the website is not guaranteed to be available until the order has been accepted and confirmed.
Archwick may:

limit quantities;

discontinue products;
-
place products in draft or unavailable status;

cancel orders affected by stock errors;
-
offer a replacement, backorder, preorder, or refund where appropriate; or
-
fulfill different items from different locations where operationally necessary.
Normal in-stock products will not be intentionally oversold unless the product is clearly identified as a preorder, backorder, special order, or made-to-order product.

ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
After an order is submitted, the customer may receive an automated acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that the order was received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, approved, or dispatched.
Archwick may review orders for:

payment authorization;

suspected fraud;
-
inventory availability;
-
product legality;
-
export restrictions;
-
shipping restrictions;
-
incorrect pricing;
-
incomplete customer information; or
-
other operational or compliance concerns.
Archwick reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
If Archwick cancels a paid order, the amount collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on the Archwick Global website are displayed and processed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Checkout payments are currently processed through PayPal.
Any local currency displayed while browsing may be provided for convenience. Currency conversion rates, foreign-transaction fees, and the final amount charged in another currency may be determined by PayPal, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the final order total before completing payment.
Archwick may correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a material pricing error affects an order, Archwick may contact the customer for approval of the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected order.
Discount codes:

must be entered before checkout is completed;

are subject to their published conditions;

may apply only to specified products or order values;

may have expiration dates;

may not be exchanged for cash; and

may be cancelled in cases of misuse, fraud, technical error, or unauthorized distribution.

VAT AND TAXES
The Archwick Global website may use IP-based location recognition to estimate the customer’s region and calculate applicable VAT or taxes.
The final tax calculation is based on the customer’s delivery location, order details, and information entered during checkout.
The exact amount charged by Archwick for VAT or other applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
IP-based location detection is an estimate and may be affected by VPNs, network routing, incorrect location data, or incomplete customer information. Customers must enter accurate billing and delivery details.
Taxes collected at checkout do not necessarily include import duties, brokerage fees, customs charges, inspection fees, storage charges, permit charges, or other destination-country costs collected separately after dispatch.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Orders for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our Prague, Czech Republic warehouse when local inventory is available.
Orders for customers outside Europe and the United Kingdom are generally fulfilled from Archwick headquarters in Taiwan.
Archwick may use UPS, DHL, OCS, Taiwan Post EMS Express, or another appropriate tracked carrier depending on destination, package type, service availability, and local restrictions.
Shipping charges and available free-shipping options are calculated during checkout based on order value, package weight, product type, and destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

product availability;
-
warehouse processing;
-
destination;
-
carrier capacity;
-
customs clearance;
-
permit requirements;
-
local import procedures;
-
weather;
-
public holidays;
-
security restrictions; or
-
events outside Archwick’s reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided after the order has been processed, dispatched, and accepted by the carrier where tracking is available.
The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, postal code, and any other information required for delivery or customs clearance.
Archwick strongly recommends that customers enter delivery information using English characters to reduce the risk of carrier and customs delays.
The customer is responsible for costs, delays, failed delivery, return shipping, reshipment, storage, disposal, or loss caused by:

an incorrect or incomplete address;
-
an unavailable recipient;
-
refusal to accept delivery;
-
failure to respond to customs or carrier requests;
-
failure to pay destination charges;
-
use of unsupported characters;
-
failure to provide legally required permits; or
-
other information or action within the customer’s control.

IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, permit requirements, inspection charges, storage fees, and compliance obligations unless otherwise stated during checkout.
These charges may be collected separately by customs authorities, government agencies, or the shipping carrier.
Archwick does not control destination-country customs assessments and cannot guarantee whether a shipment will be inspected, delayed, taxed, refused, returned, or confiscated.
A customer’s refusal or failure to pay customs charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund for a returned shipment may be reduced by original shipping charges, return shipping, customs charges, storage costs, payment fees, handling costs, or other unrecoverable expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers should contact support@arch-wick.com immediately if they need to request cancellation.
An order cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled after it has entered processing, production, packing, customs preparation, or shipment.
Special-order, personalized, custom-serialized, modified, preorder, made-to-order, or customer-specific products may be subject to separate cancellation restrictions where legally permitted.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applicable to the customer.

RETURNS AND RMA AUTHORIZATION
Customers must contact Archwick and obtain an approved RMA number before returning a product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
The customer should provide:

the order number;
-
product model;
-
serial number where applicable;
-
reason for return;
-
photographs or video where relevant; and
-
a clear description of the issue.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender where legally permitted.
Products must be returned according to the instructions provided by Archwick. The customer must not send products to the Prague warehouse, Taiwan headquarters, or another address unless Archwick has specifically authorized that return destination.
An RMA approval does not automatically confirm that a product is defective, covered by warranty, or eligible for a full refund.
Mandatory consumer cancellation, return, refund, and conformity rights remain unaffected.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method.
Refund timing may depend on PayPal, banks, card issuers, and other payment providers.
Original shipping costs, return shipping, customs charges, payment fees, handling costs, or other expenses may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Archwick may deduct an amount reflecting diminished product value where a customer has handled or used a product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function, where applicable law permits such a deduction.
The Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

WARRANTY
Archwick provides warranty support for eligible Archwick and B&T Air products purchased through the official Archwick Global website.
Warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing or material defects during the applicable warranty period, subject to inspection and the specific warranty terms for the product.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

misuse or abuse;
-
accidents or impact;
-
improper installation;
-
unauthorized repair;
-
unauthorized disassembly;
-
modification;
-
customer-installed upgrades;
-
incompatible components;
-
incorrect gas;
-
excessive gas pressure;
-
incorrect batteries or chargers;
-
excessive battery voltage or discharge rate;
-
incorrect HPA pressure, regulators, fittings, or airlines;
-
unsuitable BB weight or quality;
-
improper lubrication or maintenance;
-
corrosion;
-
water, dirt, debris, or contamination;
-
normal wear and tear;
-
cosmetic wear;
-
failure to follow instructions;
-
use outside product specifications; or
-
use contrary to local laws or field rules.
Products may need to be inspected before warranty coverage can be confirmed.
Archwick may, where appropriate and legally permitted, repair, replace, provide replacement parts, offer technical support, refund, or use another reasonable remedy.
Nothing in this warranty section limits mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or nonconforming goods.

MODIFICATIONS, UPGRADES, AND THIRD-PARTY PARTS
Airsoft products may be sensitive to component compatibility, installation quality, tuning, gas pressure, air pressure, battery selection, spring strength, barrel configuration, hop-up setup, and other variables.
Archwick does not guarantee compatibility with third-party magazines, batteries, chargers, gas systems, HPA equipment, internal parts, external parts, electronics, or accessories unless compatibility is expressly confirmed in writing.
Installation or use of an incompatible or unauthorized product may void warranty coverage for damage caused by that installation or use, to the extent permitted by law.

SAFETY AND USE
Airsoft products are not toys and must be used responsibly.
Customers must:

wear appropriate eye and face protection;
-
keep products away from children and unauthorized users;
-
transport and store products in accordance with local law;
-
never display or use replica products in a manner that may alarm the public;
-
follow field rules and power limits;
-
use compatible ammunition and power sources;
-
read available instructions before use; and
-
maintain products safely.
Archwick is not responsible for injury, property damage, legal consequences, or other loss caused by unsafe, unlawful, reckless, or improper use.

PROHIBITED USES
Users may not use the website or its products:

for unlawful activity;
-
to violate intellectual-property rights;

to submit false or misleading information;
-
to engage in fraud;
-
to transmit malware or harmful code;

to interfere with website security;

B&T, B&T Air, and related marks, designs, and product likenesses are used under authorization where applicable.
No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, scraped, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

USER SUBMISSIONS
If a user submits reviews, photographs, feedback, suggestions, technical information, or other content, the user confirms that:

the user owns or controls the necessary rights;

the submission does not violate another person’s rights;

the submission does not contain harmful software.
The user grants Archwick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the submission for customer service, operational, product-development, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
Archwick is not required to publish or retain user submissions.

Failure by Archwick to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, product-page notices, and any written order-specific agreement, form the agreement between Archwick and the customer regarding use of the website and purchases made through it.
If an order-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the order-specific agreement controls for that order.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and purchases made through the website are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection that applies in the customer’s country of residence.
The courts of Taiwan will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives the customer the right to bring or defend proceedings in another court.
