Orders for EU and UK customers are shipped from our Prague warehouse when inventory is available.

Orders for all other regions are generally shipped from Taiwan.

Shipping times vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier availability, and product availability.

Customers are responsible for understanding local import laws and regulations before ordering.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
