At Archwick, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit or make a purchase from our store.
We collect personal information such as contact details, financial information, account information, transaction information, and device/usage information. This information is used to provide our services, for marketing, security, communications, and legal compliance. Information may be disclosed to Shopify, vendors, marketing partners, and other third parties as described in this policy.

Refund Policy
Customers must obtain an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, and re-import costs unless approved in writing by Archwick. Due to the technical nature of airsoft products, used, modified, or damaged items cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition unless the return is related to a confirmed defect.

Warranty Policy
At Archwick, we stand behind our products and aim to provide fair and practical support when a genuine product issue arises. Because our products are technical in nature and may be used, modified, or handled in many different ways after delivery, all warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval through our RMA process.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.
1. RMA Required
All warranty claims must be submitted and approved in advance through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Products sent back without prior RMA approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender.

2. Limited Commercial Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product, Archwick provides a limited commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to defects that arise under normal intended use and proper handling.
At our option, and subject to inspection, Archwick may: repair the product, replace the product, replace the defective part, offer store credit, or offer another appropriate remedy.
This commercial warranty is offered in addition to any mandatory legal rights that apply under the customer's local law. For EU consumers, the legal guarantee applies independently of any commercial warranty.
3. What Is Not Covered
Unless required otherwise by law, this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear, finish wear, or surface marks from normal use
- Consumable items
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, or improper maintenance
- Damage caused by incorrect gas, power source, ammunition type, battery, charger, or other incompatible consumables or accessories
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, tuning, internal upgrades, or third-party parts
- Damage caused by improper installation or user error
- Products used for commercial rental, training fleet, abusive field use, or other heavy-duty applications beyond normal consumer use unless expressly agreed otherwise
- Any issue caused by failure to follow product instructions, manuals, or safety guidance
- Any item with removed, altered, or unreadable serial/identification markings where applicable
4. Customer Responsibilities
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Contact Archwick first through the RMA process
- Provide accurate information about the issue
- Follow any troubleshooting steps requested before return
- Package the product properly for shipment if a return is approved
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the designated service point for inspection.
5. Defective Products and Mandatory Consumer Rights
If a product is confirmed to be defective and mandatory consumer law applies, Archwick will provide the remedy required by applicable law. For consumers in the EU, defective goods are generally covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee. If a lack of conformity is confirmed, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement at no cost, and if that is impossible or not provided within a reasonable time, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
6. Inspection and Claim Outcome
All returned products are subject to inspection. If inspection shows the issue is covered by warranty or mandatory legal rights, Archwick will determine the appropriate remedy. If no defect exists, the issue is excluded from warranty coverage, or damage was caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, incompatible parts, or user error, the claim may be denied. Return shipping and related costs remain the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
7. Replacement Parts / Repaired Products
Where a product is repaired or replaced under this policy, the repaired or replacement item may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent, at Archwick's discretion where permitted by law. EU legal guarantee rights continue independently of any commercial warranty.
8. Limitations
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Archwick is not responsible for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of use; loss of opportunity; third-party installation or service costs; customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other third-party fees; or non-standard, upgraded, or express shipping charges. Nothing in this section limits any liability or customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Original Purchaser / Proof of Purchase
Warranty service may require valid proof of purchase from Archwick or an authorized seller. Unless required otherwise by law, this limited commercial warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not automatically transferable.

Shipping Policy
EU and UK orders ship from our Prague warehouse. All other regions ship from our Taiwan warehouse.
Shipping times vary by destination, customs processing, carrier availability, and product availability. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for understanding local import laws. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with Archwick, customers confirm they are legally permitted to purchase and possess airsoft products in their jurisdiction. Archwick is not responsible for customs seizure, import refusal, confiscation, delays, or legal issues caused by local laws.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, permit requirements, and compliance obligations. Archwick reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that violate export controls, carrier restrictions, payment fraud policies, or destination-country regulations.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, unauthorized upgrades, incorrect gas/batteries/air systems/BB weights, or normal wear and tear. Customers must obtain an approved RMA before returning any item.
