SHIPPING POLICY
Orders for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our Prague, Czech Republic warehouse when local inventory is available.
Orders for customers outside Europe and the United Kingdom are generally fulfilled from Archwick headquarters in Taiwan.
Where suitable for the destination, orders are shipped using express tracked services provided by carriers such as UPS, DHL, OCS, or Taiwan Post EMS Express. The carrier used depends on the delivery country, package type, service availability, and local shipping restrictions.
Shipping charges and any available free-shipping options are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order value, package weight, and destination.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, warehouse availability, product availability, order-processing requirements, carrier availability, customs clearance, and local import procedures.
Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after the order has been processed, dispatched, and accepted by the shipping carrier.
Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We strongly recommend entering the recipient name, street address, city, phone number, and other shipping information using English characters to reduce the risk of carrier or customs delays.
VAT and Taxes
The Archwick Global website uses IP-based location recognition to estimate the customer’s region and automatically calculate the applicable VAT or taxes.
The final calculation is based on the customer’s delivery location and the information entered during checkout. The exact amount charged for VAT or other applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Import Duties and Additional Charges
Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, inspection fees, storage fees, or other destination-country charges may still be collected separately by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.
Local Import Laws
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order can legally be imported, purchased, owned, and used in their country or region.
Archwick is not responsible for delays, seizures, returns, or additional charges caused by local import restrictions, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside the control of Archwick and the shipping carrier.
