Customers must contact Archwick and obtain an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, and any re-import costs associated with returned shipments unless otherwise approved in writing by Archwick.

Due to the nature of airsoft products, used, modified, installed, or damaged items cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed by Archwick.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in original packaging and in unused condition unless the return is related to a confirmed defect.
